The Gold Country Kiwanis Club sponsored Roni Stroud, President of Folsom Kiwanis, in her efforts to raise funds for the benefit of the Kiwanis Family House. To draw attention to and to raise funds for the Kiwanis Family House, Roni rode on the Kiwanis Float in the 122nd Rose Paradade.... BALD. Roni volunteered to have her head shaved to promote the Kiwanis Family House.

The Family House — for families with kids in treatment at UC Davis Medical Center — will get at least $15,000 from Roni Stroud's effort. The Gold Country Kiwanis Club contributed more than $ 2,500.
